Bio
Ryan Hayes is an alum of the United States National Team Development Program where he played from 2005-2007. Hayes returned to the NTDP program to serve as an assistant coach for U.S. National Under-17 Team for the 2023/24 season and continues to serve as an assistance coach for the NTDP program
Hayes joins NAR Hockey after spending the last 13 years playing professionally, including five seasons (2010-15) across the ECHL and eight campaigns (2015-23) in Europe, mostly in Switzerland’s top league before finishing his career in Austria.
Hayes competed in two IIHF Under-18 Men’s World Championships, helping Team USA to gold (2006) and silver (2007) medals.
