Bio
Coach Hayes resume includes assistant coach with the NTDP. An NTDP alum (2005-07), Hayes will be on the bench with the U.S. National Under-17 Team for the 2023/24 season.
Hayes joins NAR Hockey after spending the last 13 years playing professionally, including five seasons (2010-15) across the ECHL and eight campaigns (2015-23) in Europe, mostly in Switzerland’s top league before finishing his career last year in Austria.
Hayes competed in two IIHF Under-18 Men’s World Championships, helping Team USA to gold (2006) and silver (2007) medals.
