Coach Bussard has an expansive resume working most notably with the Dubuque Fighting Saints (USHL) as a Development Coach, He also has experience coaching at the NCAA Division III level with Trine University and has worked in other developmental leagues (NAHL, USPHL) as well.
Bussard excels at taking players through video breakdowns, working player specific skill areas, and helping each individual progress and improve.
