Bio
Bobby Reynolds hails from Fenton, Michigan, and enjoyed an illustrious playing career highlighted by his time at Michigan State University. While at Michigan State, Bobby captured a National Championship and earned numerous individual honors, including being a two-time All-CCHA Team selection, an All-American, and a Hobey Baker Award finalist. He also led the nation in both scoring and goals.
Bobby was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs in 1985 and made his NHL debut during the 1989–90 season. Over the course of an 18-year professional career, he competed in the NHL, AHL, IHL, and the DEL in Europe. Internationally, Bobby proudly represented the United States at the World Junior Championships in 1987 and the World Championships in 1990 and 1996, earning a bronze medal in 1996.
Following his retirement from professional play, Bobby transitioned into coaching, with experience in the AHL, IHL, and various youth hockey organizations in the Houston area. He later founded the Reynolds Hockey Academy in Houston, Texas, where he continues to mentor and develop the next generation of hockey players.
Now back in his home state of Michigan, Bobby returns to his roots and joins the NAR Hockey staff, bringing with him decades of playing and coaching experience.
