Bio

Ryan Dickinson brings a high-level playing background and years of hands-on coaching experience to the ice. A Michigan native, Dickinson developed through the AAA hockey system before advancing to the North American Hockey League (NAHL), where he competed for four seasons and built a strong foundation in skill development, work ethic, and hockey IQ.

Following his junior career, Dickinson continued his playing journey at the collegiate level, spending time with Ohio State before going on to play three seasons at Oswego State. His college experience further refined his understanding of systems play, team dynamics, and leadership.

Currently in his third professional season in the ECHL, Dickinson continues to compete at a high level while bringing a modern, player-focused perspective to coaching. Since his second year of junior hockey, he has consistently coached during the offseason, working with players of various ages to develop their skills, confidence, and overall game awareness.

Dickinson’s coaching style emphasizes skill development, attention to detail, and creating a positive, competitive environment where players can grow. Drawing from his experience at every level of the game, he is committed to helping athletes reach their full potential both on and off the ice.
